Shipping Policy

Our shipping charge covers handling, packing and the postage to sending our your product to you. We will ship only by the carrier that you indicated to us - if your preferred carrier of choice does not show up, please contact us. 

We ship our orders Monday through Friday. We will ship your order same day if placed and confirmed before 11:30am Eastern time. If an order is placed after the cut-off time it will be shipped the next business day.

We do not use any dry ice or other refrigerations methods for our orders. So if you live in a place with significant heat or where packages may be out exposed to the elements for a significant amount of time, please take that into consideration when ordering your item.

Shipping charges are non-refundable after the order has been shipped. At this time we only ship orders to the United States and US territories.
